Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The deadline runs from the day you (or someone you've named to receive it) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, simply inform me of your decision by email: hi@paediiluchs.com. No special form is required — a clear statement is enough.

Returning goods

If you withdraw from your purchase, please return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging with all accessories, to:

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. I recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method — I can't be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return transit, and a refund can only be issued once I've received the goods or you can show proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once I've received the returned goods (or proof of shipment), I'll refund your payment within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for the order. You won't be charged any fees for the refund itself.

I may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the goods show a loss in value from handling beyond what's necessary to check that they work and look as expected.

This applies to sale items too — a discounted price doesn't affect your right to withdraw or return an item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact me at hi@paediiluchs.com with a photo of the issue as soon as possible. I'll arrange a replacement or refund, and you won't need to cover return shipping in this case.

Customs and import fees

If you were charged customs or import fees on delivery, I reimburse these in full — separately from the withdrawal right above. Just send a photo of the tracking number and fees paid within 14 days of delivery, and I'll refund the amount directly.
