Delivery is free worldwide on all orders.
Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise, every print and postcard is produced at a professional print lab closest to your delivery address, for faster shipping and a smaller environmental footprint. Orders typically ship within 7-14 days.
Customs & import fees
I want to be fully transparent about costs, so I offer free worldwide shipping — and if your order crosses into a country with import duties, I refund those customs fees in full. Whether a fee applies depends on your country's regulations and the order value.
If you're charged customs fees on delivery, send a photo or screenshot showing the tracking number and the fees paid to hi@paediiluchs.com within 14 days, and I'll refund you the full amount.
