General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of paediiluchs.com

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this website. The offer on this website is directed to consumers residing anywhere in the world (hereinafter "Customer").

A consumer is a natural person entering into a business relationship with paediiluchs.com that is neither commercial nor self-employed. Orders in quantities not customary for a household may be rejected without justification.

I reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order and cannot be changed unilaterally afterward. Conflicting or deviating conditions proposed by the customer will not be accepted.

Prices

Prices stated on paediiluchs.com are final prices and include statutory value-added tax and any other applicable statutory levies, unless otherwise noted.

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping is free worldwide unless stated otherwise for a specific product; any applicable shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.

I reserve the right to correct technical errors and misprints, and to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include consulting or support services.

Contract conclusion

Products and prices on this website are non-binding offers. By placing an order and accepting these Terms, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. I will send an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming receipt of your order.

The contract is concluded once I send a declaration of acceptance by email confirming dispatch of the ordered products.

Orders are delivered only after full payment has been received and if goods are available. If ordered goods cannot be delivered in full, I am entitled to fulfill the order partially or not at all, and will inform the customer by email. Any payment already made for undelivered goods will be refunded.

Payment options

Available payment options are shown during checkout. I reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods or require prepayment without providing a reason.

I am entitled to charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of up to CHF 20 per reminder if a customer is in default of payment.

Delivered products remain my property until full payment has been received.

Delivery, inspection, and defects

Deliveries are sent by mail or courier to the address specified by the customer. I aim to keep delivery times as short as possible; delivery times stated in an order confirmation are non-binding estimates. I am entitled to make partial deliveries, and shipping costs will only be charged once in that case.

If a delivery cannot be completed, or the customer refuses to accept it, I may cancel the contract after email notification and a reasonable grace period, and may charge for resulting costs.

The customer must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects in writing (email is sufficient) to the contact address listed in the Legal Notice.

Returns are made at the customer's expense and risk. Goods must be returned in original packaging, complete with all accessories, delivery note, and a description of the defect, to the return address provided.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of withdrawal (by email or letter, using the contact details in the Legal Notice) before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging with all accessories and the delivery note, to the return address provided. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk.

Any payments already made will be refunded within 14 calendar days, provided I have received the returned goods or proof of shipment.

I reserve the right to deduct reasonable compensation from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

(Note: unlike some print-on-demand sellers, I do not claim an exemption from this right for size/material selection alone, since EU and Swiss courts have generally held that choosing from standard configurations of existing photography does not constitute sufficient personalization to exclude the statutory withdrawal right.)

Warranty

I aim to deliver goods of excellent quality. In case of defects reported in due time, goods are warranted to be free of defects for the statutory warranty period, generally two years from delivery. At my discretion, the warranty is fulfilled by repair, replacement, or refund. Further warranty claims are excluded.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper handling, or defects caused by external circumstances.

Liability

I exclude liability, to the extent legally permissible, for indirect damages, consequential harm, loss of profit, or other financial loss. Mandatory statutory liability — for example, in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct — remains unaffected.
